The year so many have been waiting for … but one who would have been expected to have been here (maybe?) was Jerry Hicks of Esther & Jerry Hicks of Abraham.

… anyway … it has become extremely apparent that my reality ~~~> I did so very create with just wishes   Meaning I have found many journals describing my life and it is exactly as I wrote it to be … even decades ago.
And then today I run across this video posted on the AbrahamHicks channel just a couple of weeks before Jerry had his “Croaking” experience.

My Positive Thoughts have the “back” of Abraham.

I am watching a video called “WAYSEERS – Hidden Link Behind Genius Mysticism, ADD, Bipolar, Dyslexia & Aspergers”.  The video talked directly to me a lot ~ not so much at times and then BAM that is me again

The word dopamine really jumped out at me and it has been gnawing on me to come here and blog about it ~ do let’s just say dopamine DOES have power.

So, what is dopamine?

Dopamine is a brain neurotransmitter.  Dopamine is responsible for mood and attentiveness.  Imbalances in ones dopamine levels have been associated with both mental and physical disorders.  These disorders range from depression to Parkinson’s disease for low dopamine levels – however high levels of dopamine can set one up for issues related to rewards and risks such as gambling and hyper-sexuality.

There are a number of prescription medications and over the counter supplements available to help regulate the presence of dopamine in the brain. However, it is possible to influence the level of dopamine without taking medications or supplements.

The following natural methods will give you the benefits of this vital nuerotransmitter without the potential side effects of a pill.

1. Relax – there is a strong correlation between high levels of stress and dopamine deficiencies.
2. Diet – Eat a well balanced diet, make sure to include foods such as almonds, avocados and ripe bananas as they are known to specifically raise levels of dopamine in one’s body.
3. Exercise – Exercise is not only good for your heart, but it is also GREAT for ones dopamine levels.  Get that blood pumping, the air moving and the dopamine flowing.
4. Sleep – it is said a full sleep cycle takes 90 minutes, so this is something to take into consideration even when laying down to nap.  Sleeping during the night one should have a minimum of four sleep cycles (six hours) to give the brain the time it needs to recuperate from the day, recharging it store of neurotransmitters.

We talk a lot about soul.  We talk about people with soul, we talk about things with soul – but WHAT is soul?

My truth tells me that the Soul is the Source Of Universal Love and as each of us “get that” SOUL energy grows.   As more of us understand we ARE that source and we are blessed (some may say cursed?) with having Human Experience wherein we see ourselves as separate from others … it is time to acknowledge that while we LOOK separate, we are far from it.

I know my calling is to help others – but what am I supposed to help others to do?  Once I “got” the SOUL=Source Of Universal Love I feel as though the what will be answered in the awesome I am expecting.  Then I clicked a link and landed on an article titled “Your 2011 Ascension Plan” at The Sound of Light.

I truly believe in the power of expectation and the law of attraction seems to confirm this over and over … if the first thing in the morning you stub your toe and think “Great!  Today is just going to SUCK!”  Guess what ~ 99 times out of 100 your day is probably really going to suck.  BUT change that stubbed toe to gratitude that you can FEEL that you stubbed your toe and give thanks for that … I truly expect awesome is going to follow the rest of the day.

The 2011 Ascension Plan is a map one may use to create the journey for YOUR ascension.

To those who think “I don’t want to ascend” or “that’s a bunch a new age gibberish”  It is what it is and the truth of my words need not be believed for them to still be true.  It is up to each of us to realize (Real Eyes) we ARE Spiritual Beings experiencing humanity.  The problem is humans have steadily been chipping away at our humanity … for some time this was seen as a bad thing , but maybe like huge blocks of stones chipped away at to reveal a beautiful creation … it is time for LightWorkers to be awakened

Fasching is Germany’s carnival season. It begins the 11th day of November at exactly 11 minutes after 11am and ends at the stroke of midnight on Shroud Tuesday – often referred to as Fat Tuesday, which is the Tuesday before Ash Wednesday.

Fasching, also known as Karneval, is a time of festivity and merry making.  It is a time of breaking rules, poking fun at those who made/make them and then on to making YOur own NEW rules.

This 11:11:11 be prepared to take FULL Advantage of the energy available to make REAL and TRUE lasting change for our future.  YOU are so very needed at this time in our evolution.

I AM feeling ~very surely~ we stand at a crossroads with not one or two choices to choose from ~ but a whole kaleidoscope of possibilities laden with countless opportunities … but the quickest and surest way of all … it is first each of us all go to love (and as close to nature as possible) and then listen … feel … sense (and you will know) what next action to take ~ and then TAKE THAT ACTION (harming none-if any thing makes you feel any harm to anyone – INCLUDING Your Self – go back to Love and start over

One God ~ One Creator … it is time we all come together ~ when not sure of what your next move should be STOP ~ Go to Love (if you need to start with just reciting the word “Love” over and over again ~ it works … you don’t need to believe me … just try it ~ three weeks … if it does not work what is the WORST thing that can happen between now and then?

Listening to Pandora.com and Steve Gordon playing Spirit Runner and it is AWESOME.  This song ended and it melded into truly spirit aligned musical composition.

I have been listening to spirit more lately and this is good.  Using truths such as the Law of Attraction and other awesome tools and gifts we have … WOW!!!

I ran across a word-press plug-in I AM testing out over on Baristas House  I am thinking I will set this up on IWedPlace as well

I’ve come across a facebook group that may change the way things have always been done … I was listening to the following music as it dawned on me …

I didn’t need to know HOW it worked, only that it DOES the power of Manifesting ANYTHING is being tested with another product I am using and so far things are “falling” into place like this video and the music …

I feel as we share and begin to care more about others that just “what’s in it for Me” the “what’s in it for *Me*” is beyond anything that can be imagined when one stands in a place of greed
